Here's Billy with Chip from Enuff Z'Nuff that same night. I remember when Chip walked into the room, Billy asked me, "is that guy famous, or does he just act like he is?" I told Chip he was dressed similar to how I was dressed at MOM's Ball during Mardi Gras, but he said he'd been dressing like that longer than I had been, premagenature or whatever.
